Ageless Fitness is a personal training program designed with your long-term health and longevity goals in mind. You don't want to just grow old gracefully, you want to live life to the fullest!

Ageless Fitness trains you to maximize your functional strength, power, balance and energy. Doing so allows you to excel in all the activities that you love in life, for as long as possible.

We understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often times fails. Our goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes apart of who you are, and your lifestyle. We strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.

We are not only a gym for seniors, everyone 50 and up needs the core values that ageless fitness has to offer. We also offer Ageless Fitness at our Sedro location, with our our onboarding in Mount Vernon. We run Ageless Fitness from 6 AM-6 PM Monday-Friday, and mostly hold sessions through appointments.
